Returns & Exchanges

We get that sometimes, the things you buy online just don’t work out.

Nobody likes to have to return or exchange something they’ve just bought. For this reason, we have a straight forward 60 day returns and exchanges policy so you can rest easy should your purchase end up not quite right.

But in order to minimise the chances of needing to return or exchange your purchase, especially since many of the items we sell don’t come in the usual sizing, we ask you to measure yourself and carefully choose the size before you make your purchase to ensure that the item matches your size and expectations.

For our part, we carry out strict quality controls and checks on all orders to make sure that the items we send you are exactly what you ordered and without any faults.

We offer a return or an exchange on all items except for made to measure custom dresses and ‘on sale’ items for obvious reasons. On these items, a refund will only be offered if the item sent out is incorrect (ie. different dress to the one ordered) or if it is in some way faulty.

With all other products, we have a straight forward 3 step process for returns and exchanges.

1. Let us know within 48 hours by email.
2. Return the item to us within 60 days of receiving it.
3. We process a cash refund or store credit or exchange the dress for you, whichever you choose.

GENERAL

We sincerely hope that you will like your purchase and that it will arrive in excellent condition. But in the event that you are not satisfied or there is something wrong, we will gladly refund or exchange it for you provided some basic conditions are met as outlined below.

Please measure yourself and use the size charts listed for each product to ensure you choose the best size possible. If your measurements fall between two sizes, unless specifically advised on the product page, please err on the side of caution and order the larger size.

If you are uncertain about a size or any other product details, please do contact us by email at [email protected] to ask any questions before ordering. We strive for happy customers so we will endeavor to do whatever we can to help.

In the event that you wish to return an item to us for refund or exchange, you have a duty to take all reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. Returns not meeting the above criteria will be returned back to sender, and the cost of returning the item to you will deducted from the final refund amount. We cannot accept liability for items that get lost or damaged when they are returned so we request that you return goods using a tracked service.

Please note that replacement items may be subject to customs duties or fees charged by the government of your country. We are not responsible for any such duties or fees charged and cannot provide you with details of how much these may be. If you refuse to accept delivery of any replacement items we have sent you, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and any customs, duties or fees associated with those items from your refund.

 

Returns

We will be glad to provide a refund or a store credit for all items except made to measure custom dresses or ‘on sale’ items under the following conditions:

– Contact us at [email protected] by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order to advise us that you would like to return the item. Please remember to include your order number and let us know the reason you wish to return it.

– Return the item to us in its original packaging with swing tags still attached within 60 days of receiving it. Please mark the package as a ‘return’ and post it the following address:

– The item must be in the condition it was received in, ie: in its original packaging, with swing tags attached, clean with no stains, odour, make up or any other marks or signs of having been worn or washed. Items which are not in this condition will be returned to sender at your expense.

– We will not refund the costs of return shipping on any items returned to us unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent out by us in the first place.

– Provided the item to be returned is sent back to us (postmarked) within 60 days of receipt, we will process a cash refund or a store credit at your choosing.

– If the item being returned took advantage of our free shipping and no shipping charges were paid on the original order, a shipping fee of US$15 (or equivalent) will be deducted from any cash refund.

– No US$15 shipping fee (or equivalent) will be charged should you choose to take a store credit instead of a cash refund. The store credit will be valid for 18 months from the time of issue. As no shipping fee will be deducted from refunds in the form of a store credit, it may be more advantageous for you to choose to take the refund as store credit rather than cash.

– We will not refund any express shipping charges paid on the order.

– Should you receive an incorrect item or one that is defective or faulty in some way, we will ask you to send us photos of the defect or fault.

– If we do not receive the item you send us, we cannot refund you therefore you may wish to post the package with tracking in order to make sure that we receive it.

– Once we receive the item, please allow 3 working days for us to process your refund.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you do not notify us of your intention to return your purchase to us within 48 hours and return it within 60 days of receiving it, we reserve the right to refuse you a refund.

 

Exchanges

We will be glad to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

– Contact us at [email protected] by email within 48 hours of receipt to advise you wish to exchange the item and the details of the exchange so we can confirm if the exchange is possible (due to availabilty etc). Please remember to include your order number and let us know the reason why you wish to exchange the item.

If an exchange is not possible a refund will be arranged.

– Return the item to us in its original packaging with swing tags still attached within 60 days of receiving it. Please mark the package as a ‘return’ and post it the following address:

– As we provide free shipping on all orders, we will not refund the costs of return shipping on any item returned to us for exchange.

– If we do not receive the item, we cannot exchange it therefore you may wish to post the package with tracking in order to make sure that we receive it.

– Once we receive the item, please allow 3 working days for us to process your exchange order. If there is a price difference between the items being exchanged, we will either charge or refund your Paypal or credit card account, whichever one you paid with so we can complete the exchange request for you.

– If the item which you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund to you instead.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you do not notify us of your intention to return your purchase to us for exchange within 48 hours and return it within 60 days of receiving it, we reserve the right to refuse you a refund or exchange.

 

IMPORTANT

International Shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees in some countries. These are levied by their local government and are the customer’s responsibility. For further details about customs, please contact your government’s website. Please note: If you refuse delivery of the order you made with us, you will have the cost of return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order deducted from your refund.
